AuSIM Software and Hardware Repair, Replacement and Support AuSIM's support staff is available to help you resolve technical issues with any AuSIM hardware or software product.  Send e-mail to support@ausim3d.com or call 650-32AUSIM.

Please make sure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AuSIM support staff before returning hardware to AuSIM, and then clearly mark any packages shipped back to AuSIM with this number.

CRE Software and Hardware Repair, Replacement and Support
All Crystal River Engineering legacy devices and software may be supported to the extent repair parts are available. This includes products such as Convolvotron, Acoustetron I, Beachtron, Beachtron server, Alphatron, Acoustetron II, and Snapshot.

Annual CRE product service contract ($750) includes phone and email support, application assistance, system repair or replacement (refurbished hardware), software upgrades, and documentation.
