August 1, 2004, Santa Clara, CA -- AuSIM opens a new office in Santa Clara, CA as an affiliate of The Girvan Institute, a non-profit entity chartered to support research and educational goals in the Northern California area. AuSIM will be maintaining three offices and a small laboratory at 3940 Freedom Circle, co-located with Girvan officials and about 20 other small research-oriented firms. AuSIM will leverage its new location to improve its visibility in the Silicon Valley high-tech community.

AuSIM will still maintain its facility at 241 Polaris in Mountain View for manufacturing, prototyping, QA / testing, shipping, receiving, and other non-office work.
